Its not hard to see talent! It does though take strong leaders and coaches to mold and develop players. Identifying talents for certain play schemes even goes further, especially working with 53 guy's. The Rams destroyed Goff's confidence when they tried force pegging his talents into play schemes he could not deliver on. The Rams started down that same path with Mathew in November of last year.
