The Ravens were 8-3 despite all the injuries before they caught up to them. Props to the Bengals, but thier run was smoke and mirrors mostly cause the Chiefs and Titans imploded on offense. Ravens should be the favorites for now
Ravens and Bengals for sure you never know what you’ll get from Cleveland and Pitts qb situation is an unknown really competitive division overall
Bengals last season was extremely flukey, but they got talent, the pedigree and improved their biggest weakness. Not the crazy run like last year but still a good post season run. (11-6)
Ravens improved but so did the entire conference. Hopefully less injuries will put them with the craziness that will be the AFC wildcard race next year. (10-7)
Steelers are good but lack too much offensive talent. Good coaching and a stout defense keeps Tomlin from a losing season. (9-8)
Browns are going to be without Deshaun Watson for at least six games and even with him, I don't trust this team. They were crazy talented last year and disappointed week in and week out regardless of who was injured. Like the Chargers, I don't trust this team regardless of who they have. (8-9)
Everyone said this about the browns the last two seasons and the Steelers swept the browns last season and won the division the season prior.. these takes man.. Yes the steelers will likely have the worst qb.. but they will certainly have the best coach and arguably the best defense.. everyone forgets the entire steelers line was injured last season with the exception of Cam Heyward. Najee and Nick Cubb had nearly identical seasons from a stats perspective also..
Keep sleeping on Baltimore
I don't understand how Ravens overperform every single season yet still enter the season doubted lol
Cleveland is last💀💀💀💀💀
AFC north runs through Cincy. Enough said
I think the Steelers will still be solid thanks to Mike Tomlin and that defense. Anything is possible for the Browns. Healthy Ravens are serious contenders. Bengals might have the best offense in the NFL. I'll pick Cincinnati.
Ravens. Not only did they win the draft but are getting back their current roster.
Yeah ur crazy 🤪
Browns got too much team drama like always to win the division browns always have talent but implode
I'm a Pittsburgh fan, and while I think the Steelers will be better than most think; the best team in the division is still the Bengals
Whoever our quarterback is, we’ll have the worst one in the division. Not that that’s necessarily a bad thing, but I agree the other guys are just better.
3rd or 4th?! 😂 doubting the ravens I see. I’ll come back to this video a year from now and remind you of how this wasn’t right🤝 you doubt the receivers, they just haven’t been given the chance but if you watch their actual film they’re good when they do get the chance.
Amazing division, I can't wait for the season to start! Let's go!🏈🏈🏈
hey zac, love your videos and i think you’re really smart and insightful which i why i was SO surprised with your L of a ravens take. bmore is a good team with a 4th place schedule, and they have AT LEAST 3 all pros returning from injury. lamar made you eat your words his mvp year, he may just make you do it again 🌚🌚🌚🌚
Regardless of whether it ends up being true or not, I think that Lamar and Joe have shaken any idea that you can write off Kenny Pickett for the next few years. When were those aforementioned guys drafted? I agree in thinking the Browns have the best roster. But do I trust the organization to manifest that in a compelling season? Not yet. I don’t trust Cincy yet. You gotta give respect to any team that makes it as far as they did. But that was also last season. That doesn’t automatically put them in the top spot. Whether Baltimore can have a relatively healthy season seems to me to be the biggest wild card of the division. I don’t trust their receiving corps any more or less than I did in 2019. Last season has me questioning how durable their cover will be. But again, that was last season.
So the ravens had the #1 offense in the entire league with Willie snead as the wr2 and a rookie Hollywood in 2019
I wouldn't worry about wideouts .
They have a better rb room and tight end room and defense then 2019 too when Lamar won mvp
You usually Analyze much better in my opinion we got two recieving TEs in draft and have mark andrews plus got all our running backs back we are gonna go to back to our bread and butter of a lot of running and a lot of underneath passes to Tes that was literally how Lamar won his mvp. You guys are overrating Hollywood we can get similar production from the commitee of wrs we have and really just need someone who can be a solid deep threat so that we can burn them once they stack the box. I guarantee we finish top 2 in the division. Watson will probably get suspended for at least part of the season and he’s not just gonna step in and be himself immediately I guarantee browns do not make playoffs. As for bengals the super bowl hangover is a thing, I think we will take 1 of the 2 games this year and I think it’ll be between us and bengals for the number 1 seed. Steelers are not in conversation but probably will take a game against us somehow lol
Browns went 8-9 with an injured qb who played like a bottom 5 qb last year. I think ppl forget just how good DW is. If he plays for more than half the year…watch out
Ravens never have the best roster but are almost always one of the best teams in the north. Keep sleeping
Browns overhyped as always. They always have the best team on paper but people seem to forget that games aren't won on paper. Last time they traded for a superstar player, OBJ, they were being heralded as a super bowl contender too yet they missed the playoffs that season. I have them as the 3rd best team in the division even if Watson plays all games (which seems unprobable)
Ravens are the second best team in the division imo. Their team was held back by injuries last season which is why people underrate them. They're not the best though as they have a glaring weakness at WR and with Lamar still not quite able to process reads at an elite level I feel like their offense will struggle in the pass heavy league of today.
Bengals are gonna win this division. Here's why: last season is considered to be a fluke by many but not by me. They actually had a very talented roster last season (with a really underrated defense) and their only glaring weakness was the o line. This weakness has been addressed very well in the offseason and should not be a problem anymore (Burrow with more time in the pocket should be deadly). For this season their only real needs (if you even want to call it that) are at LG and CB. LG is a need as there is not a clear starter as of yet but there are multiple options that could work out (Carman, Volson, Spain if he resigns). At CB the projected starters are Awuzie (who's solid) and Apple (who played better last season than most give him credit for). This position was addressed in the draft as well with Hill and Taylor-Britt but they're unproven as of yet. Besides that all the pieces are put together for another deep playoff run.
Lastly, Steelers in fourth as they just suck.
Joe Burrow is the next “badddd man” and y’all need to recognize. Love your show as always, Zac.
Ravens have a better roster than Cincy
Bengals have a brutal schedule. Ravens are going to make a jump and return to the playoffs.
I think this division is going come down to difference makers.
Joe has done more than the others with no O line
The ravens are probably better than the 2019 team that won 14 games. At this point, there's 2 reasons to just write them off like you are doing. 1. you don't think they'll be healthy or forgot about the returning players. 2. You don't believe Lamar Jackson's stat's are legitimate. Otherwise, to suggest that they'll end up 3rd or 4th in the division is an insane take. The AFCN is prob one of the least predictable divisions in football right now, but your take on the ravens was pretty lazy. You practically just declared them the worst because their WR aren't as good and…? well that was really the only reason you gave.
If Watson doesn’t play I would honestly say the browns are the worst in the division. But it could be close w Pittsburgh. I just don’t like the browns as much next year as the bengals or ravens which are both super bowl contenders
I feel like when you break down this division all the teams are actually solid if not awesome. So either way you slice it they all have a shot
On paper Browns are stacked but who knows about Watson and they always underperform maybe this is their year? But only with Watson and cohesiveness.
Steelers I am sorry rookie QB, good defense, not a great offensive line isn’t going to cut it especially in this conference with AFC north and West. Promising future with the defense though and maybe Pickett has great development this year.
Bengals fixed there biggest issue which was the offensive line this year and will only get stronger which every team should be terrified of. However last year they were one of the healthier teams. If they stay healthy again they might just win it all.
Ravens could be awesome this year but to say better than the Ohio teams seems a little far fetched. If the Ravens can actually stay healthy which they haven’t been past few years they could be SB contenders. I respect Lamar but he has no 1# maybe even 2# receiver on his team. Greatest running QB in the league but when it comes to throwing Burrow is better and Watson was a top 5 QB before his whole situation.
1# Bengal
2# Browns
3# Ravens
4# Steelers.
Yes you're crazy lol cleveland really cleveland? Baltimore is the best team
It's the Bengals
I can't put Cleveland at the top, and I'm a Cincinnati fan. You ask me why, in the last 20 years of the AFC north, the Steelers have ten division titles two super bowl appearances and 1 title, the Ravens 5 division titles and 1 super bowl with a win, the Bengals 5 division titles with one super bowl appearance. The browns have zero division titles or super bowl appearances. Therefore, the winner of the division is either Bengals, Ravens, or Steelers.
Here goes this Genius again with his Ravens Slander
This burrow era
Man no one watches your channel anymore ..only wine video in the last 17 months has over 50k views and it's only 51k time for you to get a college education and get a real job
I think you are sleeping way too much on the Ravens
Burrow was scary without a line, now you throw in a better catching TE and protection.. Probably the #1 offense and the Bengals defense can be top 5 esp. if Ossai is as awesome as we hope he is.
Looking forward to seeing if Ravens got the Warriors treatment (ie being called bad because they're all injured)
