I think 4500 yards total offense is doable.
A stretch goal would be 5000.
A poor season would be 4000.
4500 would be about 9th. I wouldn't have placed him in the top ten a half hour ago, but it is not unreasonable to expect him to be a top 10 quarterback this season.

Hurts likely could throw for 3500-4000 yards this year, and rush for another 500. Passing and rushing combined, he could eclipse 30-35 TDs. If we get 35 TDs from QB1 then the Eagles win 11-12 games this year and win the NFC East + earn a home playoff game. Idc where some dude rAnKs him, it’s irrelevant. If they have a home playoff game, the season is successful. End of story.
Jalen hurts is not better than Wilson Lawrence and fields even Danny dimes the eagles have a better team then them other QBs…hurts plays ok against bad defenses but as soon as he plays against a good defense he looks like a high school QB the eagles brass would take any of them QBs over hurts if given the opportunity.
