I like swagu, would love to see wentz step it up, 2 biggest problems with wentz's game is, the massive hits he takes and doesn't take the easy check downs enough, he needs to take the easy play and move the chains. however, if we could just sprinkle a little Alex smith in him, the man would be a top 5 qb. maybe this is the year it clicks, people forget you're still maturing at 24-25. lets hope now that he's getting older he understands what he needs to do.

Of course they don't mention that Wentz was dealing with CONVID symptoms during the last 2 games of the season against the Raiders and Jags. He hadn't practiced with the team all week either. Also, the Colts haven't defeated the Jags in Jacksonville since 2016! The entire Colts team played poorly (defense was awful and made Trevor Lawrence look like an All Pro player, the o line was dominated all game long and the Jags' Josh Allen was having the game of his career against the LT and harassing Wentz all game long and shut the running game out until the Jags' had a big enough of a lead to play prevent defense). Did Wentz have a bad game and not throw the ball well all game? No not at all, but to not put it into the correct contexts and constantly ignore what was all going on with that entire Colts team and what had been happening the past few weeks from the game before against the Raiders is just lazy and bad reporting/sports analysis.
Media: it’s Wentz fault the team sucked. Even though players were hurt and the defense couldn’t stop other teams from scoring it’s still all Wentz fault. Somehow.
