Reed might end up being a great placeholder for Ingram, and Dalvin as a precursor to Ty the Receiver. Mond was drafted to be a back up, so good to see him getting a shot at that role. .

I hope Mond does well. It killed me when the Vikes passed on Malik Wallis, my dream replacement for Cousins eventual replacement, when he was miraculously still on the board. I don't think Mond will be the superstar that Wallis will be, but if he becomes a legit QB that we can use on the cheap to hold on to other key pieces that will be a huge bonus. The Vikes have had a sad history of dumping solid backups to pamper star QBs that they won't have a controversy if they suck.
