Raiders are the only team that could sign Kap. Raiders fans from Oakland are pretty mixed race and Las Vegas is a transient city so this would be the team with the least amount of negative feedback.

Personally, I love the man kap now. I thought the sports personality kap before the controversy was much like Baker Mayfield now without all of the commercials. Like he had to grow up. Kap at his best was spectacular. He had easily a mount Rushmore game against Green Bay in the playoffs. His bad days would have been pretty good Baker Mayfield days. People are looking to place Mayfield. I'd rather have Kap on the field after a six years off healing and strengthening risking that he's an old man washed up now, than Baker Mayfield on his good day. Definitely more than potentially too beat up to play anymore coming off multiple surgeries Baker Mayfield. And I don't think anyone particularly like Mayfield but his momma, and she might be jiving too. As many people as hate Kap love kap. People who don't watch football now, will tune in to see that guy who did clinics on constitutional law or sent relief shipments to war torn areas etc. Like he has a Tim Tebow or Cam Newton or sirena Williams affect on viewers. Some will stay. I live in Carolina. We pretty much already have a Baker Mayfield in Sam darnold. He doesn't come across well in interview either. Mayfield to me is an attempt at a bunt. Kaep deliberately sabotaged that workout a couple years ago. No way around it. The NFL wanted a quiet, serious workout. He showed up out of shape with his social media crew looking for a spectacle.
He profited immensely off his sudden protest after getting benched. Far more than he would have made as the backup he had become in the NFL. Then he directly compared the NFL to slavery just a few months ago, depicting the Draft as a literal slave auction, yet now he wants in? So is he saying he wants to be a slave?
Plus his peak year he had the stats of Marcus Mariota, he was just on a better team with a better coach. Mariita lost his starting position in Tennessee to Ryan Tannehill. He fell into a starting position only after Matt Ryan pushed his way out the Falcons, who had no serviceable backup and no options in the draft. Kaep lost his starting position to a guy who isn't even a starter anymore, and wasn't for long to begin with. BLAINE GABBERT. He was benched for Blaine Gabbert.
So he's a post-prime, rusty backup to a backup who brings a circus along with him. Yeah who wouldn't want that?

I am a niner fan and i love Kap. The playoff game he ran all over Green Bay is one of my favorites. I worry about him being rushed into action. The reason he didn't start for 49ers wasn't kneeling. It was he took a beating behind a terrible o line. I would love to see him as a backup and play in spot duty.

The dude was a horrible qb with one good year. The NFL called 30 teams to a workout specifically for him and he stood them up over a supposed waiver to go workout on a high school field. Just because there is a bunch of social justice going around does not mean he should be given another chance after all the money he has made at the expense of the NFL.
