You never know what started you can find. Some of Don Shula success were picks after the 7 th round. Some became starters.
Don't be surprised if the running back makes the team. He has multiple transfer before ending up at South Carolina. The big offense lineman will need to get bigger and stronger.By next year he could be competing a spot on the roster.

when the Bills come to town and Araiza punts for 70/80+ yards and downs us inside our 10 yard line from inside their 20, you won't be saying that taking this punter in the 4th round would have been a waste. in fact the bills got a steal in the 6th and I would say he was a far bigger steal for the bills in the 6th round then Tindall was dir us in the 3rd. hope the number 5 or 6 receiver was worth it over a once in a lifetime printer who will control field position every game
Kellen had 3rd round grade. Don’t sleep on Mr. Diesch very athletic. He doesn’t have a sloppy build 6:7 and 301 lbs. Do we have a pulling tackles now? Let’s see.

With his pro day numbers(Tanner Connor) I see future TE written all over him. 6'3 230lbs. An amazing 4.37 forty and more amazing 19 bench reps, totally unheard of for a wr. Most te's coming into the league cant do 19 bench reps. Then there's the super amazing 39.5 inch Vertical. Thats nearly Jordanesch. I believe this kid can be future pro bowler at te with the amazing tools I just mentioned. He only needs to beef up 15 to 20lbs. Hopefully to convert into a star te is what the Dolphins have in mind. With 4.37 speed you gotta be kidding me not to convert this kid to te. And he already knows how to run routes like a wr. Linebackers will be terrified to guard this kid.
Will I'm at B+ here but it's very close to an A……I agree with you about Diesh. He could be the hidden gem they found….we have some good coaches helping Grier now, instead of fighting him.
