If Zach Wilson is a top 10 QB this year, this is the first time in 2 decades, I can finally believe we have true management.
Ralph needs to chill. 9-8 in a division like this is so unrealistic when half our impact players are rookies or 2nd year. Especially when you put into context that the Jets may still be the weakest team in the AFC East. I want the jets to compete in every game, Zach Wilson to look like a quarterback of the future, the rookies to look good, and for all the returning players to improve year over year. I could care less what the record is this year. I expect to really compete next year. This year is about getting our rookies good experience so that when we go into 2023 with a team of experienced 3rd year and 2nd year players we are ready to dominate

Joe Douglas on the hot seat if the rookies take some time to see their 3 year potential and finish 8-9? Poor and short sighted analyzation
Playoff mandate or else Douglas may get fired or even contemplating firing him. I’m sure there will be a long line of teams chomping at the bit to sign him
yes Zach Wilson needs to get it done but Becton has a responsibility to come back healthy and ready to rage because if he can come in and be at the very least solid and healthy then we have more than enough talent to make solid steps forward this season.
They have potential to make some serious noise next year. If everything clicks instantaneously between our sophomore class and our incoming freshman class.
Can it happen? Absolutely? Panic if you see something ready to click but end up 7-10? The answer is no. It’s hard to win in the AFC in general
I don't expect the Jets to make the playoffs or anything, but with this draft haul i do expect improvement. I don't think it is entirely unrealistic to be hopeful for 7 to 9 wins. In the AFC East i don't think that will be enough to make the playoffs. 3 good RB's, 3 TE's, 4 dependable WR's. Some additions to the O line. On the defense we have 2 to 3 sackers, opposite ends of the field covered with 2 good corners, still need some help on safety and also some help in the LB corps is needed. It's the making of a decent team.
