We didn’t need a corner at 68 but hopefully he is a stud, we have ward, newsome, Troy hill, greedy and Aj green, and now him.

Ok this is a pattern I’m starting to see is we’re starting to draft developmental guys in the third rd 👀 that’s a starting caliber player still at least it should be not someone for the future we have a lot of those guys already

Omg he has bust written all over I’m trying so hard to be excited but the Alabama game where Williams cooked him and the Auburn game from 2020 he gets whipped multiple times is telling. He ain’t got great Corner speed to keep up. I hate these picks the browns made.

Unless this is a luxury Troy Hill future replacement or insurance for injuries to Ward/Newsome I'm surprised by this pick. I thought we had bigger issues with the defense front and players there that could have made sense. Maybe this is a pick with Cincinatti in mind? I'm wiling to give AB and this front office the benefit of doubt at this point though.

Good addition for 5-6 db sets plus Troy can move up or back if he has to so it’ll make our secondary more versatile and competitive when play teams with multiple “top notch” receivers and a QB that likes to spreads the field and if all else fails he’ll gain a ton of experience and will be able to replace one of our CB’s if one gets injured or traded. So big ups to Mr. Berry for planning for the future, Go Brownies!
