Eagles add A.J. Brown in blockbuster trade; draft Jordan Davis with 13th pick | Eagle Eye Podcast

Brown was in a run offense last year. His number would have been much higher if he was on Kansas City. Biggest concern is whether his knees hold up. Pascal and Watkins are good enough to reduce Brown’s number of plays to conserve his legs. Teams DB’s are going to have he’ll to pay covering a 170 lb receiver one play then covering a 226 lb WR the next. Good luckD backs

Kyle Hamilton may not be all that. He is going have his hands full staying with these speed receivers I think. Someone like Smith can run right past him , he’s going to need all those smarts at the NFL level

Ray Didinger really overthinking the AJ brown trade. It’s a great trade.. we got a proven elite receiver at 18th pick, and signed him for 4 years to pair up with our young QB and other stud young WR that is on a rookie contract. Howie crushed it

I honestly think this gives the defense greater flexibilty. Gannon likes 3-4 looks. Davis is tailored made for the 30 front. Honestly, they may be switching to a 3-4 and wide nine on passing downs.

I think a 4th and two 5ths was too much to move up 2 spots. I think Jordan would've fallen to 15 without having to trade

Hate to say that I give this a certified F. Why get a stud Wideout when our QB has a squirt gun arm and can't read defenses? Eagles D is so bad, at least we can hide JJ and Reagor on the bench.

Totally hate 1st draft day, total waste and none of the gaping holes were addressed. AJ is overpaid injury prone bum who barely made to a 1k receiving with accurate QB, Hurts is blind and not a QB, mere RB pretending to be a QB. No need to draft a tackle, biggest needs were corners and safeties and none being addressed and none left on a board.
Eagles better tank this year to get a QB and some backfield assistance and trade Hurts, AJ and Reagor out of town

Dudes.. you talking about AJ as he's Devante Adams, AJ is not an ELITE WR and Eagles overpaid, same numbers as A. Cooper and he was traded for 5th and a swap of 6th!!!! AJ is NOT WORTH IT!!!!! I would prefer to see a CORNER or SAFETY with those picks plus saving 100 mill!!!
