We moved up 20 spots in the 1st round, moved down 12 picks in the second and gave up a 3rd. To a division rival. The packers moved up 19 spots to 34 and gave up to seconds (53 and 59 I believe). They gave up way more to move up to a less prestigious draft position. Which was even one less spot than we did in the first. I don’t think people realize how much of a fleece this is.
I was fine with them not drafting willis ..would have loved to see what he could do but what the f.ck they had a chance at corral or ridder and blew by them like they have Aron Roger's at the helm . I hope everybody is recognizing the multitude of good things we have going on here since Sheila took over. The scouting/drafting is exactly what you want, the HC is a guy that everybody is excited about playing for and is pulling up younger coordinators to get creative,AG is an absolute diamond and on track to being a great HC somewhere soon.
Things change so much year to year I really hope this core can hold together and get some success so we have a chance at seeing this be a regular thing at Ford Field.

The ‘21 and ‘22 Drafts are the days Goff believers get to finally laugh at all the silliness. Brad Holmes (a proven huge Goff stan) wasn’t going to draft a replacement without giving him a fair chance first. Haters were so caught in their feelings they refused to see the obvious or hear what he was saying.
