He seems like a great player, and Keim and Kingsbury certainly loved this guy, but TE wasnt a top need of ours. We already had two really good ones in Ertz and Williams, meanwhile our CB group is in shambles and our OL is still lacking

This pick feels like a steal. Not really worried about position needs. Still a lot of free agent vets and draft picks to add depth.
Only positive note from this pick is when Ertz and Williams time is up, he'll be the replacement and hopefully soaking up game from them 2 as well. Rest of our picks NEED to be OLine and defense. Either way it's always #riseupredsea not #birdcity 😂😂😂

mcbride I'm sure is a good tight end but a wasted pick considering that they still have ertz and williams under contract they could've used this pick on defensive help instead they decided to waste the pick on a guy who won't even play as a rookie

We have no D line and barely an offensive like and we take a TE3 in round 2 not a fan of this pick at all. Zach ertz got a 2 year extension I’m pretty sure, so this kid isn’t gonna be making any significant plays til at least his 3rd year and even then is he even gonna be good. Idk there was Better value to trade up for ojabo or we could’ve taken Travis Jones

People who hate this pick are the same people who hate on everything we do in the draft. Ertz is getting up there in age, and max is more of a blocking TE, this kid can do both incredibly well. People may not like it, but once the season starts everybody will "love him from day one"
With all the WRs we have, we can run all sorts of formations and match ups. But now with this kid, I'd like to see a bit for of power football and 3TE sets along with Ertz and Max Williams. We have everything you could ask for on offense now to feature one gameplan this week and a whole different game plan next week. I love this pick. I can see him developing into one of the top TEs in the league.
