Kaiir Elam will be a starting CB2 for us and has the tools to be a CB1 for us eventually. I see Dane Jackson Starting for Tre White until he's 100% ready to go after that injury. Then Dane goes to extra defensive back sets and special teams duty most likely as a reserve CB1/CB2 if any further injuries were to happen, gosh forbid.
