Jesse , one thing is certain , they must draft a WR , because it is a deep draft for WR’s , they’ll get a good one at 39 , so they’ll either just go w/ their pick #’s or trade down to get a couple of additional picks ,ie. CB ,OL, LB , having said that , we don’t have to wait any longer , it starts Thursday , who knows , they might move up to the first round ! John🐻🏉
I appreciate your honesty. That's one reason I always stick with you. We have disagreed with stuff, but you do always tell it like it is, and I appreciate that. So many media people who cover the bears are so full of BS. That being said id say the bears have the worst WR in the league. ATL has Pitts and cooks is at least a proven WR. All we have is Mooney who I love but that's a lot to ask of him. If Pringle couldn't be a viable 3 with hill and Kelce taking the coverage he is not going to do anything so I think the bears need a WR, but I also think it has been a failure of management by poles to be in this situation. The OLine got worse. The WRs got worse. Like if we are going to rebuild cool. Why would you prioritize a nose tackle though. Honestly I think poles doesn't want Fields or is just incompetent. With a 2nd year QB we should be doing everything in our power to figure out if he can be the future because we generally have 2 years after this to give him a contract.
