I would be good with it. The coaching team has been doing a great job, IMHu&HO, in identifying CB talent throughout the draft. If Hall is there, why not? Hall with Singletary behind him? Sounds like a great one – two punch to me…..
Another commentator made a great point as well: (Paraphrasing) With QB's like Rodgers, Herbert, Mahomes, Allen, etc. – in no particular order – in the league, when these guys are "on their game", there is no defense that can stop them. So you better build a team that has a chance to score points and keep up with them.
With that in mind, I imagine WR's, Edge's, and CB's are going to be picked frequently by teams – either keep up with the passing offense as much as possible or add pieces to TRY and take some time or some of the field from the QB.
In the case of the Bills, add the RB1!!!!! Defenses try to cover the WR's and keep their safeties deep, better watch out for the Home Run by Hall. Should also set up Singletary more.
In other words, I am good with such a pick!
I’m not against it. But I absolutely love the production we’ve got from Singletary AND I believe he may have a true breakout year. With adding a rookie of this caliber to our rb room.. could surely pay off! All I know is that I really trust McBeane. I billieve cuz we billt different. 🤘 lfg!!!

I agree with you Dan, the NY Football Giants have made the playoffs every year since drafting Saquon Barkley. I’ve seen it a thousand times, take a mediocre offensive line and add an elite RB and he will completely turn the team’s rushing game around – the O-Line doesn’t even have to block! 😂

This is the exact reason why the Colts drafted Jonathon Taylor in the first round (41st overall pick) and waiting drafting a serviceable Guard like Quenton Nelson in the fourth round (6th overall pick). Completely explains why Taylor is having so much success. Terrell Davis was picked in the 6th round, a former MVP and two-time Offensive Player of the Year.

Based on the history of this current front office the bills are going corner in the first rd. They have never put a big emphasis on the rb position. Just the fact that they let wallace walk and did nothing in free agency, to me shows they are drafting a corner. Pretty sure they are going with booth jr from clemson

Ken Dorsey handed the ball to Willis McGahee at Miami,he found success. As a new coordinator walks in you address the needs on that side of the ball. Dorsey gets his relief for Allen in Hall but only after first addressing corner in the first rd. Trade up in the 2nd for the value that Breece Hall adds.

So they moved up and reached for a CB in the 1st RD. I don't understand that pick. I get it that they probably feel they've got a shot to get Breece in the 2nd, but I would've been more pleased if they picked Devonte Wyatt DT GA. He would've nasty on that D-Line rotation. Elam is not a 1st RD talent. And they took him over Booth. I just don't get this one.

I dont agree drafting Hall first round. A better O Line will help make Singletary good enough to do what we need in the run game. I think suring up the DB core was the right decision because we have everything else. We dont need that "Home Run" player in a running back because thats what our recievers already are, we just need good enough to be a threat. Singletary was that in the last half of the season, and with our upgrades at OLine it will only get better. Our offence wasnt the problem in the Divisional game. It was the defense and specifically the defensive scheme.
Now y’all “NEED” to deal with him for the next 8 years 😂
