It wasn't all that long ago that he injured his foot. You figure, with a 300lb+ man, it would take longer to heal – particularly if it's a fracture of some sort. Maybe it just needs a little more time to heal, then they can get back to the negotiation table.

I really hope they keep Hicks and or Nichols..if Jones can do the job then hopefully it will be ok..otherwise draft a DT..As far as the WRs they signed..I believe they were signed because they are also very good run blockers..Pringle was rated as one of the best blockers in the NFL..St.Brown is also an improved and willing blocker..So besides being talented WRs with upside to keep improving.
I believe in the big ass Samoan Tonga to be a strong man in the middle.But keep Hicks if possible
