I agree with Coty its really depends on what Caserio wants to do. If they want to try to jump start the rebuild and fight for a playoff spot you get rid of him. If you want to continue to develops the young guys you keep him.

I don't think he should come back next year. Because in order for Mills to at least further develop for 2022 they need a head coach that knows what he doing perferably an offensive minded coach. With a new coach and the players we get for the 2022 draft we could be a competitive team next year.

But yeah its up in the air if Culley is s one and done coach or not we're going to have to see after the season is over.

I would like to say Houston is some hard fans and very critical. Just a few years back David Culley was an assistant head coach in the Pro Bowl had situations with DeShaun Watson. He's been under Andy Reid as an assistant coach he's been under just recent John Harbaugh as an assistant head coach. Both of those guys have a lot of respect for him and thought that he would do a great job. All of the experience we overlook. We really don't know how good of a coach he is when you got the GM making decisions for him. Maybe in this two game win streak he's been making the decisions with no help from the GM we just don't know. A head coach job is to manage the game not to coordinate. You let the coordinators do their job and you have a happy team. In school you can't have the principal's interfering with the teachers the principal is out of place. I say you give him another year I think he's a hell of a player's coach and he cares about the players. Player coaches always can get the best from their players. I've heard John McLaine say a while back about David Culley he's like a Vince Lombardi with no Talent on his team. On the other hand Tim Kelly has got to go. I would hire Pep Hamilton as my offensive coordinator and pay him real good to stay. And eventually I would let David be an advisor for the Houston Texans and make Pep Hamilton the head coach. If you do that with Lovie Smith and with Nick Caserio bringing in the talent we could see another Dynasty in the making. I don't know if it's going to be Davis Mills but he showed me nothing but Improvement and I think this kid is going to be special. Getting rid of Tim Kelly and get rid of Jack Easterby with those stupid strict rules and keep what you have because after all of this adversity I think we got something special in the future for the Texans
