I'm gonna go with Nathaniel Hackett he did amazing things with Blake Bortles while he was OC here and it seems like A.Rogers and the Green Bay Packers have been playing in the NFC championship game every year since he got there so I vote Hackett i think he would do amazing things with T.Lawrence

Byron isn't coming here cus he had a bad experience in Jax. We all wanted him out cus of his windmill throwing motion and concrete feet.

As a jaguar fan and a Byron Leftwich fan. Byron is not coming back to Jacksonville. It sounds good but the way some of the fans treated him while he was down here was crazy. Im pretty sure Byron isn’t going to want to deal with that again.

I got a question. I like Leftwich. However; what happened against the Saints Last Week 15. Shut out…….questions. Drew Brees is retired no excuses! What happened there? I like him, but we need to discuss this if WE are serious about what We Want!

NO BYRON LEFTWICH!!!!!!!! No head coaching experience and he's the offensive coordinator for a team that has freaking Tom Brady as QB. You could literally put a water buffalo on the sideline, put a Bucs hat on him along with some earphones and that thing would have the same success. I have been CONSTANT about ABSOLUTELY NOT hiring a coordinator with no head coaching experience. I don't care if he was a QB in Jacksonville, which he was not good. The no brain answer is Doug Peterson. I've already received comments from people who have called Doug Peterson racist names because his skin is white already and will not respond. Yes, racism works in any way against anyone. Bye.

I'd have hired Byron rather than hire Urban. He's not new to the NFL, coaching, or QB1. You don't draft Lawrence unless you have proper coaching in place. Byron was always better qualified, as a former college great, NFL successful starter & backup, and as an assistant & position coach. He, at least, would be able to personally groom the #1 overall pick (a QB1), by helping design offense geared towards the player's ability & the team around him. Urban is an idiot. Period. Jax season was doomed when they hired him. Byron should be QB coach and/or OC, if not HC. He's a great intro to NFL structure as a QB1 for young Lawrence. Urban was the antithesis to proper NFL structure and image.

Noone puts out the cones better in practice. I want him to train T Law to be a QB just like him. Byron is ideal as Jax HC.

The arguments that we need an "proven" head coach were made before the McVay and Kingsbury hires. They were both in a similar position to us when they went and got someone without NFL HC experience but were good coordinators. The problem with your retread headcoaches is that they are retreads because they if they were exceptional, they would still be employed. Pederson is a known value, he is a career .531 coach. If you think he is going to magically be better than that in Jax, past performance would say he isn't.

I know we just got burnt by a coach without NFL HC experience, but that doesn't mean we need to get timid and hire another retread like Marrone was. The other night we said that Kellen Moore is going be that guy thats a headcoach for a team for 20 years… why not us? He's roughly the same age that Mike Tomlin was when he was hired, same with McVay, Kingsbury, others. There are risks no matter who you pick there are no 6's on a candidate like Pederson.

I was a fan of Byron in his tenure in Jacksonville. Him being familiar with the Jaguars can be a plus for the coaching position.

There's no way Khan is going with someone with that small amount of experience after this year. I really think it's between Pederson and Caldwell. Guys who both have experience building programs.

Yes do the Bucs a favor and take Byron away.
Real Bucs fans know Byron is a terrible play caller and real Bucs fans know Brady is the one coaching Byron.
    Take him Jacksonville 🤣🤣🤣

My choice would be Doug Petersen because he is an experienced Superbowl winning head coach and he was also a back up QB to Dan Marino at Miami during his playing days. He could impart so much knowledge to Trevor and transform him into an elite QB in the NFL.
