Just wondering if there might be any chance that Peyton Manning might like to get into coaching if the Broncos job became available?

I think he can save his job. We are improved from last year and considering what he's got to work with, I don't think he's the biggest problem with the broncos. Give him Rodgers and all of a sudden we win the division and he's "A great coach and defensive mind"

VIC's whole make up says DC. I would try to keep him as the DC but hand over the keys to a more offensive minded candidate. Speaking of offense, I think our O LINE ran up on a very underrated front. It just seemed to me that the left side was getting handled. Noticed some breakdown in pass pro. Garret Bolles was getting pushed around a little.

If I were in charge, I’d thank Fangio for his efforts, acknowledging the QB situation was poorly managed from the top, and wish him well. Regardless of rodgers, Wilson, or a draft pick, Fangio is not the answer going forward.

What does Vic Fangio have to do in order to save his job or is it beyond repairable in your opinion?

Maybe fire Vic and keep Donatell at DC, keep it similar schematically. Hire Daboll

    In order:
Edge, Interior DL, CB, OT, C

They'll have a Vet QB next year regardless

If you think Fangio is a good head coach. Go back and watch the last two minutes of the second quarter of the last game

let fangio stay with the title as HC but personnel decisions need to be off his hands and let him worry 100% on the defense.. therefore fire shurmer and get a competent OC.. don't let fangio decide if shurmer gets fired or not cus knowing him he'll just keep Tom and Shurmer + teddy which is a complete disservice to everybody.

What do y'all think about the possibility of moving Risner to C. Cush is soft, and Muti and Meinerz need to be on the field

If Vic returns, we're destined for the same underperformance. His time management errors, miserable challenge history, and overall mindset will lead to another lost year. He's Wade Phillips/Dennis Allen/Romeo Crennel reincarnated.

How does one justify his clock management and his challenge record? I can not explain how more than one person on our team can honestly look at the plays they see and throw a red flag. That to me is not the leader of a team. I think Fangio shines best as a DC.

While the D is certainly good, it is the other aspects of being an HC that he has failed in. Being solely great on D alone does not really warrant keeping Vic.

At the same time, doing the same things and expecting different results is the definition of insanity. Keeping Vic when the same issues of past years and previous HCs has been present in his tenure makes no sense. Just like the injection of fresh blood with Paton as GM, that needs to happen at HC too.

Just don't want another year of great D, bad O, and no accountability for bad QBs like Flucco and Teddy just because they are his boys. Or if we get a QB to develop, they end up like Drew Lock in terms of development. (Not saying Lock would be good if there was more commitment to his development.)

Keeping Fangio, but telling him to get rid of the offensive and special teams coordinators and that GM Paton will have more input on these decisions as well as personnel selections – then you have just admitted he cannot perform key functions of the HC position. Following this logic, Fangio should not be Broncos HC next year.

All I know is that he looks down all the time on the sidelines and his situational IQ is super low. He has got to be replaced with a head coach that THINKS a bit more. Looks down at the field LESS.

Who is available at QB, and I'm not talking about guys in the middle of a contract like Rodgers or Wilson.
