Starts from the top. I want Khan to sell the team. He is a nice guy, but a terrible owner. Can't hire worth a damn. Team has been awful since he took over. And Balke is atrocious. Can't draft, never was able to. No clue why he was hired.
Urban shouldn't have excuses for not at least having a mediocre winning record… Soon as he got in his seat he had high draft picks and good amount of picks, generational talent QB fall in his lap, A TON of salary cap space to bring in the best FAs to hit the market or trade for stars on other teams with expensive contracts those teams wanting to dump them contracts n player off on somebody else and oh yeah was able to bring in whoever he wanted on his coaching staff. I vote we dump Urban and pickup Byron Leftwich or Eric Bieniemy.
Hopefully we bring back chark next year, id go after Godwin and then draft that OT from bama Evan Neal, give Lawrence some good protection, some solid WRs to throw to and we are looking alright.

everyone needs to calm down and have faith in coach. we already improved from last year, this was always gonna take longer than 1 year. no coach was gonna turn this around in a year, not even the emperor himself. Urban WILL turn this franchise around, he has a proven track record and keep in mind, he is still a rookie HC in the NFL as well. so yall need to have faith and stop talking shit or want the team to clean house
12 games in and we already look like all other teams that had a bust, or even our fanbase in past yrs. The bortles truthers, the trubisky truthers, darnold goes on and on. Coaches get blamed, other players get blamed yet ALL WE NEEDED WAS A QB!!! what happened to that? It's very rare for a QB to not pop after 12 games and end up great, doesn't happen much. TEAMS ONLY GET MORE INFO and reads on a QB over time. Remember this is TREVOR LAWRENCE we're looking for great, not good to average like kirk cousins
The Jags could very well grab the #1 pick again because I don’t see them winning any more games, and Detroit will find a way to win 1 more game. The Lions could finish a half game better than the Jaguars.

Injuries and coaching is killing us. And I’m not talking Urban, I mean Bevell and Cullen. Urban is letting these guys do what they are paid to do, but they are making terrible decisions. I do think the offense would be much better with etienne as a utility instead of Shenault. DJ charm would be great and Dan Arnold. I really think this year hasn’t been fair to the talent, so that has to come down to the coaches being creative and putting teams on their toes. Remember Doug Marrones first year where we fakes piling sand ran trick plays multiple times a game? That stuff is underutilized

UCF, please tell your listeners, there is one person who would turn this hot mess around and at the same time would help TLaw more than anyone. we now know Urban was a mistake. its his on the job training that's holding this team back. the jags do not have time for ANOTHER 5 year rebuild. but one person who really could turn this all around, Byron Leftwich. He would be the right man, at the right time. think about all he would bring to Jax. this must be done, if not BL, then Who?????
