In 1970 Tom Dempsey's 63-yard field goal beat the Lions on the last play. Final score 19-17. Today Tucker's field goal fo 66 yards defeats the Lions 19-17. Both were record setting field goals in NFL history and the final score was the same against the same team. Deja Vu 51 years later. Food for thought.

I remember when soo much people said staff sucks and he not a top 10 qb. Look at him when he got a line that gives him time to throw. Fkn magic.

Without the overturned non-touchdown, the kick may not have been needed…

The idea behind running the ball was to make the Ravens use up their timeouts, but of course, the referees bungled the entire time clock after the third down run and forced an arbitrary clock runoff that favored the Ravens by 8 seconds. The Lions did everything right in that second half and final drive to win the game but the officials stole the game from them. Pure and simple.

Well, that didn't work, Gotta beat the refs too, I guess. What should the league change to help make sure they get things like this right in the future?

Really enjoy your take on the Detroit radio crowd and their outright hostility and defeatism about the Lions entire organization.

Why cant they have a buzzer or bell or whatever sound when the clock runs out? No arbitrary calls. It works for the nba. It the ball is on the turf when the bells sounds 5 yards back

I think that we should remember this around draft time… I really don’t want them to win. I like watching the talent development. We need to get rid of anything connected to the patriots… entertaining

I was there and the play clock was at zero for a solid two seconds before the ball was snapped. Absolutely inexcusable. “We’ve had enough of that shit”

Wasn't just the prevent defense – and I agree with the caller's point – it was the TO before that. We had momentum. Jackson was harried under the rush. I'd rather not give them the time to get collected before a 4th down play. Ride the momentum man.

I have to disagree the refs cost us the game and like what Goff and Campbell said about the situation. We'll get an apology today but it doesn't matter because we allowed the Ravens to kick our ass in the first half and convert on a giant 4th & 19.

I don't know what game he was watching but they sure as hell didn't take hock away, Jared Goff did. The guy was running open more than a handful of times 15 yards +down the field but unfortunately and apparently that's out of the quarterbacks comfortable throwing range.

Not going to lie that was as bad of a loss to watch as the Dallas playoff game. I have no words to describe how I feel about it.

Stop the 😭😖, My Ravens stay being on the wrong side of ghost penalties and bad calls. Welcome to how it feels to be the Ravens. And as far as the Lions hanging with an injury riddled Ravens team, be proud of yourself. Also the negative comments about Lamar Jackson this and that. His career record 34-14. In 2008 Detroit had more losses in a season than Lamar has had in his career.Get over the loss on Sunday.
