The thing with parsons shows on this play he’s very hungry and wants to make every play so he’s gonna look out of plays on plays, he can fix that with a little patience.

That criticism comes from most my delusional-bandwagon-ignorant cowboyz fans! Parsons did his job! Also, c’mon..he playing against Brady!

Parsons is and will be a stud for the Cowboys. You can't fault him that Brady probably prepared for this game knowing there were some gaps that could be exploited by rookie mistakes. He'll be fine.

This was parsons first game ever in the NFL & against the GOAT.. wait a few games when he plays against our division rivals. He looked better then a seasoned Jaylon or vander esch already. Go Cowboys !! 🥳 💪

I will take rookie mistakes over say Jaylon trying to cover. He will learn fast, and he will rock. We needed another CB, but I will take him as a huge building block for seasons to come. I listened one of his interviews, he is a smart young guy with a hell of alot of drive.
Until our D line is able to slow the run, hes gonna get sucked up into play action.

It’s simple Dallas is built from the front end to the back end. Front end is a solid but the back end is lacking in depth. Dallas needs a couple solid additions to feel this hole. Also they need to add a couple more offensive linemen because of the fact they tend to be injury prone. Other then those areas there shouldn’t be any excuses well maybe a new kicker but that has yet to be determined.

My only knock on Parsons was his coverage on the TD throw by Brady. He should have played his zone down the middle hard. He could have either picked or made Brady go elsewhere

The first play breakdown….. It’s the CB’s responsibility to play the flat.
The Safety responsibility is the seam.
If that happened, where would Brady have thrown the ball?

“You wouldn’t kill a linebacker for giving up a first down in that play” tf Dan Quinn would fire somebody up for letting a check down pass to a rb on first and 10 go for a first down

No matter who was he first round pick by Dallas there would be criticism. This was the kid’s FIRST regular season game, so come on, he’s going to get better and better. Everyone saying he was lost out there is just plain stupid and doesn’t know football.

Most people don't understand coverage, responsibilities and the main concept that a perfect throw always beats perfect coverage. The goal is to execute your assignment as best possible. I'm a statistician by trade, but too many people just look at the numbers of balls thrown a player's way and simply judge coverage by that. There's different metrics that can be used to judge coverage, but at the end of the day it's about the execution of the player's assignment.

Bro you did a super biased job on this. Every mistake he made you just pretty much said “oh well” to and just bailed him out. We know Tom Brady and Gronk are good obviously duh, but you bailing him out for mistakes doesn’t help him get better.

And the only highlight you showed was a clip of him filling a gap on a run he didn’t make the tackle on, nice job, so what?

And a pass defense that was good. But you didn’t show the touchdown he gave up doing the same mistake he made in the first clip and the 1 vs 1 major first down he gave up getting MOSSED by Fournette of all people.

I don’t know why I expected you to be more biased than this but I’m disappointed man smh, show all the film.
