Agree with other reviewer, nix the music. It would also be good to see some close calls on holding / illegal blocks. Thanks!

I have a rule suggestion, and it has to do with targeting. I think it should be also considered targeting if a defender grabs any part of the jersey that is close to or on the collar (Most such tackles would also be horse collar tackles.), and on the tackle, the helmet of the tackled player either slams on the playing field or slams on someone else's helmet on the way to the ground. It, of course, would be the judgement of the official to determine whether such a helmet slam could be as damaging as targeting according to the original rules.

NCAA FOOTBALL RULES COMMITTEE SHOULD REALLY REALLY CHANGE THE RULE OF, THE NCAA THE NCAA FOOTBALL. ON WHEN A DEFENSIVE PLAYER R AN OFFENSIVE PLAYER. EITHER A DEFENSIVE OR SN OFFENSIVE PLAYER GOES TO THE GROUND WITHOUT CONTACT FROM THE OPPOSITE TEAM. THE NCAA COLLEGE FOOTBALL WILL BE MUCH MORE EXCITING. AND PREPARE THE PLAYERS BETTER FOR THE NEXT LEVEL.

ALSO ON RECEIVING A PASS TWO FEET, AS IN BOTH FEET SHOULD BE IN BOUND. IT HELPS WITH THE TRANSITION TO THE NEXT LEVEL.

IN BOTH INSTANCES YOU GET A MORE POLISHED PRO FOOTBALL PLAYER.
THERE MUST BE CHANGES MADE FOR PUBLIC VIEWING OF THE GAME.
    THINK OF THE VIEWING PUBLIC
